3-Year Warranty

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every Jewel Frost piece. All our jewelry, including custom pieces, comes with a three-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

If you notice an issue with your jewelry, contact our team. We’re here to help you understand the next steps.

What’s Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Your piece will be assessed to determine whether the issue falls within this coverage.

The warranty applies to all Jewel Frost jewelry, including custom pieces.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Accidental damage, misuse or improper care.
  • Lost or missing stones.
  • Loss or theft of jewelry.
  • Jewelry repaired, resized or altered by another jeweler.

Routine maintenance and cosmetic services are separate from manufacturing-defect coverage.

Care & Maintenance Services

We offer cleaning, prong tightening, polishing, resizing and rhodium plating at a nominal fee to help maintain your jewelry’s appearance and condition.

Contact us to discuss the service your piece needs and the applicable charges. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Repairs & Remakes

If your piece cannot be repaired, we can arrange a remake for a nominal fee. We’ll explain the proposed work and applicable charges for your approval before proceeding.
