Necklaces

The collection includes round, oval, Asscher, emerald and marquise solitaire pendants; halo pendants; initials, hearts, crosses and a Hamsa; plus paperclip, classic tennis and graduated tennis necklaces. Separate 14K gold-only cable, mirror-link and box chains are also available. The gold-only chains contain no diamonds.

A solitaire focuses on one diamond. A halo adds smaller diamonds around a center stone, creating a wider outline. For example, the 0.70 CTW oval halo lists a 0.50 ct center diamond, with the remaining weight in its surrounding stones. Compare center weight, overall pendant dimensions and setting when deciding how prominent you want the necklace to look.

Use the jewelry she already wears as a guide. A round or oval solitaire suits a preference for simple necklaces; Asscher and emerald designs give a more geometric look. An initial, heart or faith symbol can add personal meaning when it reflects her taste. Match her usual gold color and check the chain length, particularly if she plans to layer it.

Start with where your existing necklace sits, then choose a second length that leaves room for the pendant. Many pendant necklaces here have 16–18 inch adjustable cable chains; the separate gold cable, mirror-link and box chains are listed at an adjustable 20 inches. Fit varies with neck size and pendant length, so measure a necklace you already like before choosing.

No. The adjustable cable, mirror-link and box chains are 14K solid gold chains without diamonds. “Diamond-cut” in the cable chain’s name describes the finish on the gold, not added gemstones. They appear in both necklace collections so you can choose a chain regardless of your preference for natural or lab-grown diamonds.
