All shipments are insured. Orders over $250 require a signature upon delivery. For orders requiring a signature, please choose an address where someone will be available to receive your jewelry.
If you cannot be available to sign, email info@jewel-frost.com to request pickup at your nearest FedEx location. Contact us to arrange this before making plans to collect your package.
