Your friend opens your link and enters their email to claim $50 off their first purchase of $500 or more. They can check out as a guest; joining JF Rewards is not required.

When your eligible friend completes their first purchase using the email they used to claim the referral, you receive a $20 discount reward toward a future order.
Referral questions
Do I need an account to get my referral link?
Yes. The person sharing the link needs to sign in to their Jewel Frost customer account. Select “Get My Referral Link,” then choose “Sign in” if you already have an account or “Join now” to create one for free. Your Jewel Frost account gives you access to both rewards and referrals; there is no separate Smile account to create. After signing in, return to this page and select “Get My Referral Link” to access your personal link.
Who can receive my referral offer?
Your friend must be completely new to Jewel Frost: they must not have previously placed an order or created a store account. They should open your personal referral link and claim the offer before creating an account or making a purchase. Self-referrals are not eligible.
How does my friend get $50 off?
They open your personal link and enter their email address in the referral claim prompt. They receive their discount code by email and apply it at checkout to their first eligible purchase of $500 or more. The qualifying merchandise subtotal must be at least $500 before the $50 referral discount; shipping and taxes do not count toward the minimum.
How do I receive my $20 reward?
Your reward becomes available after your eligible friend completes their first purchase with the same email address they used to claim the referral. Select “View My Rewards” and sign in to find your reward code. Receiving a link or claiming the offer alone does not earn the referring customer a reward.
Is the $20 reward cash or points?
It is a $20 discount code toward a future Jewel Frost purchase, not a cash payment or a points bonus. Apply your reward code at checkout.
Can I refer more than one friend?
Yes. Share your personal link with different friends who are new to Jewel Frost. Each successful eligible referral earns a separate $20 reward. Each friend’s referral code and each $20 reward code can be used once.
Can referral codes be combined with other offers?
Referral codes can be combined with eligible product discounts when both offers allow the combination. They cannot be combined with other order discounts, including JF Rewards order-discount codes, or shipping discount codes. Regular sale prices remain eligible. Your friend’s order must still meet the $500 minimum shown at checkout to use the $50 referral offer.
Does my friend need to create an account?
They can complete their purchase as a guest. They must use the same email address at checkout that they entered when claiming the referral offer.
