Your rewards, explained
How do I join and check my balance?
Select “View My Rewards” at the top of this page, then follow the sign-in prompts using the email address you use for Jewel Frost orders. Your rewards use your Jewel Frost customer account; no separate rewards account is needed. Guest purchases earn eligible points, which you can access once you sign in with the same email address.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you have at least 100 points, open your rewards panel and redeem an available reward. Every 20 points redeemed is worth $1 USD off. Apply the reward code at checkout before completing your order.
Do my points expire?
No. Your JF Rewards points do not expire.
Can I use rewards on sale pieces?
Yes, regular sale pieces are eligible. Reward codes cannot be combined with other product or order discount codes. A reduced listed price does not, by itself, prevent you from using a reward.
How do review and photo rewards work?
Submit an honest review through your Jewel Frost product review invitation, using your rewards email address. A qualifying new review earns 50 points; including your own product photo earns an additional 50 points. Rewards are available for all star ratings and do not depend on positive feedback. Each qualifying review can earn the review and photo bonuses once; adding several photos does not multiply the bonus. Reviews submitted before JF Rewards launches are not eligible.
Review and photo rewards are credited within 7 days after verification. If points are missing after that time, email us with your rewards email address and the product you reviewed.
When will subscription points appear?
Subscription rewards are credited within 7 days after verification. Each subscription bonus is available once per member. Use your rewards email address so we can match your signup. For text rewards, completing marketing consent is required; simply adding a phone number to an order does not qualify.
What happens if I return an order?
Points earned on returned or cancelled purchases may be adjusted. If you used a reward on an order that is later returned or cancelled, contact us so we can check the reward alongside your return.
What if my points are missing?
Check that your order, review and rewards account use the same email address. Allow up to 7 days for review, photo and subscription rewards after verification. Then email info@jewel-frost.com with your account email and the relevant order number or completed action.
